What I Wore: 3.29.11

The return of the Frye boots! I'm making up for lost time with these beloved bad boys --
I left them in SF from Dec-Feb and missed them!

Sweater: Gap
Top: Heritage 1981
Jeans: Urban Outfitters
Boots: Frye
Irish Cut Coin Necklace: Gift from Gramps

WANT: Floral Nikes

Holy crap! These are AMAZING. Unfortunately I don't live in either city (LA and NYC) where these Liberty of London/Nike collaboration sneakers are being sold, so I can't stop by Opening Ceremony (where they are exclusively being sold) to scoop em up.

Shop Spotlight: The Vamoose

Loving these brown and green agate necklaces by The Vamoose.

Shop Spotlight: renneslechateau

I love these adorable little pouches from etsy shop, renneslechateau. Once again, I can't decide which color is my favorite. If you had to choose one, which color would you choose? I'm torn between pewter, rawhide, navy, and washed brown.
Navy Lambskin - $40

WANT: Deena & Ozzy Wedge Boots

I am in l-o-v-e with these wedge boots (suede and leather) from Deena & Ozzy I found on Urban Outfitters' site. I'm notorious for buying the same item in multiple colors if I love em to death, and I feel I would do the same with these wedge boots... I can't decide which I like more!!

What I Wore: 3.17.11

Top: Topshop
Jeans: Urban Outfitters
Sandals: Sam Edelman

WANT: Bamboo Canvas Wedge Sandals

These adorable canvas sandals from Bamboo have the perfect tiny wedge.

Shop Spotlight: The Vamoose

UK based The Vamoose creates gorgeous jewelery and accessories that I drool over quite frequently. I just recently also found the etsy shop for this accessories brand and can't wait to purchase some pieces once I've got spare cash (which will be never now that Dexter is around and I'm moving next month).

What I Wore: 3.11.11

Ryan and I went to Michael Ian Black's Comedy Central special taping on Friday! I just realized I haven't posted an outfit watch post in weeks -- unacceptable! I've sported some pretty neat ones too, I swear! Now that the weather is getting better (for my poor shivering volunteer forced photographer) and Dexter is getting older and more independent, it will be far easier to find the time for outfit posts!

Coat: Target
Shirt: Gap
Pants: Urban Outfitters
Boots: Steve Madden
Necklace: Madewell

On a Walk...

Chrissy snapped this precious picture of Dex and I during the first weekend I had him. I swear he's so much bigger now so I'm awwwing at all the pics of his little face.

Red Carpet: Oscars 2011

This post is a week late, whoops! I didn't watch the Oscars, but I did scour the web to find pictures of dresses. There were lots of gorgeous dresses, but I am absolutely in love with these gorgeous gowns.

Cate Blanchett in Givenchy (can't believe this made some peoples' worst dressed lists!)
Mila Kunis in Elie Saab Haute Couture (So so so so gorgeous!)
Florence Welch in Valentino (Love the lace and vintage feel)

Mandy Moore in Monique Lhuillier (I've also been obsessed with her wedding designs)
All photos taken from here and here.

WANT: Built by Wendy Gene/Gilda Tee

I love this Built by Wendy tee, which features two comedy greats: Gilda Radner and Gene Wilder. Ryan and I are hugeee comedy buffs, so I figure this would be a cute way to show off interests and look great at the same time. I tried to coax him into it, but that logical boy can't rationalize spending $45 on a t-shirt. Rats!

What He Wore: 3.1.11

Ryan will probably get embarrassed that I'm posting his outfit, but fuck it. The night before our flight out to California, we stopped by Gap to get him some pants to replace his beat up jeans. Lucky for us, Gap happened to be having a "buy a pant, get a top free" sale going on, chaaa ching! $210 worth of clothes for $100!

Shirt: Gap (free!)
Sweater: Gap (free!)
