I wore this when celebrating my 24th birthday a few days early at the Tonga Room with family -- felt like the right place to bust these trousers out!

Grandma (and co.) hated the lipstick, naturally.

The 4th was my Mom's 49th birthday and we spent a beautiful day at the Alameda Point Antiques Fair. I got a vintage fur coat (I'll post it soon!) and my mom bought a nice vintage black leather chair (which I plan to steal when I move back to CA oh so soon). Win win!

 The fair is in a gorgeous location in the East Bay with San Francisco in the distance across the water.

I really did not get any good pictures of my outfits during our wedding weekend, only quick snapshots with the flash at the end of the day (ignore how intoxicated I may or may not be in the last picture, it was 3 am!). It was a great weekend and SUCH an amazing wedding, we had a blast. Ryan had to deliver his best man speech, which he has been obsessing over for about a year! It was a success, of course! We're so happy for his brother and his new wife and hopefully they are having fun on their honeymoon right now!

Today I delved into the closet full of vintage stuff in the storage room, formerly known as "Chelsea's Bedroom." 

This number (not sure what decade it's from -- 40's?) is from The Rusty Zipper (a great online site for affordable vintage clothing.).

I am in love with this beautiful dress I found in the Trush Vintage Etsy shop, however I think it's a little overpriced at $165. Too bad, because I would have scooped it up so fast. Boooooo! I want it!

WANT: Dear Golden Vintage Heels

Dear Golden Vintage, one of my favorite vintage etsy shops (well, one of my million favorite ones) has these great vintage woven heels for sale. I've gone back and forth about whether or not to buy em--I think they are great, but pricey (almost $190 with shipping) for what I'd like to spend on them. So for now, I will enjoy looking at them and wipe the saliva from my mouth every couple of minutes as I drool over them. What a mess I am.
