Another day back home, another day spent wearing my new Winstons and the most comfortable jeans I've ever worn, my Car Mar jeggings. They literally feel like yoga pants and I pretty much only take them off to wash em... or to put on my new Zara kids -- yes, KIDS -- floral harem pants. Fear not, I'm well aware I've gone mad; but I'll be damned if that wasn't the best $7.99 I ever spent.

The 4th was my Mom's 49th birthday and we spent a beautiful day at the Alameda Point Antiques Fair. I got a vintage fur coat (I'll post it soon!) and my mom bought a nice vintage black leather chair (which I plan to steal when I move back to CA oh so soon). Win win!

I've been coveting these booties and posting about them for ages... it's only fair... once again, she's lucky if she gets them back. P.S. My hair is a different color now, or as I prefer to say, it now matches my soul. Peace out ombre, I'll see you next summer.

I really did not get any good pictures of my outfits during our wedding weekend, only quick snapshots with the flash at the end of the day (ignore how intoxicated I may or may not be in the last picture, it was 3 am!). It was a great weekend and SUCH an amazing wedding, we had a blast. Ryan had to deliver his best man speech, which he has been obsessing over for about a year! It was a success, of course! We're so happy for his brother and his new wife and hopefully they are having fun on their honeymoon right now!

What I Wore: 9.5.11

Since yesterday was one of my last days of freedom until classes officially start, I made the most of it by redeeming all these coupons/loyalty points/etc... that I have at various stores. At least, that is "making the most of a day" for me... don't judge. I got some free MAC eyeshadow (in "Smut") at their pro store through Back to MAC (post coming on that tomorrow), free moss green eyeliner and cotton squares at ULTA, and some other free goodies at Sephora. I hope I have accomplished my summer goal of being an extreme couponer -- inspired by the TLC show, of course! I mean, I got these J Brand pants I'm wearing in my monochromatic look below for $40 at Last Call by Neiman Marcus during their Labor Day sale. Holla!
